Checking in .....

Not much to report.
No contractors today. They will be back tomorrow and maybe get to finish the job. I am a bit tired of dealing with them.
The next few projects are either done by DH & myself (electrical and drywalls) or involve someone coming in for a few hours only (installing insulation and new garage door).
My new hardwood floors should get here in about a week, I think; cannot wait to see them installed (it will still be a while).
I am in no mood to do anything today, but thanks to DH I have to get motivated. He forgot the change of clothes he needs for teaching a class tomorrow. I will have to get in the car and drive an hour to get to the Fire station, so he has something other than his uniform to wear. Did I mention that I don’t really like driving long distances.So, whenever the “beam me over Scotty” technology gets here I will be first in line to try it out. I am such a “get from point A to point B as fast as possible” person.

Now look at the time, already noon. Well, I better get going. I am planning to do some shopping while I am out there (no malls where we live) and make a day of it.
