For Monday June 18th, 2007

Ok guys, here it is!! So, as I was saying yesterday I got myself a little surprise getting on the scale. It showed the amazing numbers of 187.5 lbs. That was 6 lbs less than last week. I was so happy being close to what I weight back in April (186.5). I just couldn't believe it and as you all know I was very determined (little worried) not to gain anything back til this morning. We all know this can happen, right? I was a little concerned, I had Sushi, but I also had 19 cups of H2O. So I was confident I flushed the sodium all out. Ok, it's time to face the real hard facts. Does the scale lie? I sure hope not, at least not today, please!! I double triple checked and the same numbers came up: 185lbs!!???? I was so disappointed, oh no not again, and then it dawned on me, 185 not 195. YEAH!!! I lost 8.5 lbs. I don't think I have ever lost this much weight in one week, ever!! Now that's what I call MOTIVATION!! And please don't worry, I will be just as happy with only a pound loss next Monday. I promise!! Just to have gotten over this hump and to this point it's so "freeing" to me. Now I am back to where I needed to be, far away from 190 LOL. I don't want to go there again. 180's here I come!!
8 am: Banana (109)went for a walk just after 8 am with Jackson.

Have about 3 loads of laundry to hang up to dry in the garden.
6 pm dinner: 4.8 oz Basa filet (94)/ 4 oz red cabbage & carrot slaw (24) with 1 Tbsp. peanut sauce (33)/ ½ tsp. Balsamic Vinegar (3)/ 1 cup broccoli (25)/ 2.2oz Onions (220 10 oz grilled eggplant (48) (yup again:)

just finished dinner and I am starting to panic a little. It's only after 6 pm, so much time before I go to bed. Hoping for the "Cookie Monster" to stay under the bed:) I think I may take the dogs for a walk in front of the house to play ball with them!
7pm: preparing dinner for DH having some fruit: 1 cup Strawberries (46)/ ¼ cup Peach(24)/ ¼ cup Pear(18)
