Time flies ......

....... even if ya not having fun:0)

Well, it's not bad around here, it's not really fun either, just so so.

Still haven't gotten around adding more pixs to the homewebsite, sorry:), but I have been taking pictures as we go along. Here is one from our latest project (more below)

Last inspection has been finaled. As soon as that happened DH cut holes in the walls and put more windows in. He got that done just before Easter.

Rio got really sick just before the Easter weekend and was down for almost a week before we finally saw some improvement. Poor baby had an upset stomach (which isn't unusual for him, he eats all kinds of crap), but when he had it coming out of both ends and blood was in his stool, I freaked out. I didn't leave the house for a week, so I could watch his every steps and look for signs of improvements.

He just finished his antibiotic a few days ago and is back on a normal diet. But what urks me the most is that we don't know what it was. Whatever it was, the antib. took care of it and I hope it won't happen again.

Stopped on the addition bedroom project for now and are working on getting a new A/C system in before it gets warm. Busted out some walls upstairs this last week and DH has been framing off some closet space for the new unit. So half of the upstairs has no electricity and a lot is drapped of with plastic drop cloth.
Work sucks!! I need to find something else to do. Sure, I only work 2 days (12hours shift), but it sucks.
I need to figure out on how to get a more steady income coming in with my photography. To be honest I haven't really put as much as I could into it. I need to change that and find a better way to promote my cards and portraits. I have selected a few of my favorites which I will enlarge/frame and enter in some competition in hopes to maybe win a "ribbon":) One can hope, right?LOL
Hope all of my friends out there are doing well. More later!

Good to "see" you Heike. I would love to see more pics of the house. I just bought a "new" house (it was built in 1931, but it is new to me). Wow, the expenses!

I hope you can make some money from your art!
