Walked around the mountain with my "she" neighbor. Takes about 10+ minutes more when I do it with her, and I get more steps in:), just not enough/continuously modertate to high impact. My HR only gets up when we hit the inclines, which are plenty, but not long enough to keep me in the zone. I thought about doing a 20m minute jog after, but it was already getting late and I was tired from getting up early & painting, again.
Tomorrow (Monday) we should be done with the floors. DH got more than 1/2 laid, so it's straight forward from now on. I think he was at it from 8am-6pm. He just doesn't stop! Also spending a chunk of time sorting through all the pictures I took this summer of this project so I can add them the home project site as soon as we are done. That in itself is a job and a half:)
Noticed: my H2O intake is going down a bit. I suspect it's not just because it isn't as warm anymore, but rather because I have been too busy/lazy to pre-fill my bottles, so they are ready when I need them. If it's ready I use it, if it's not and I have to bother I don't do it. Which means I should fill six 24oz bottles up tonight. Skipping on water can add body weight, which I don't want to happen. Especially important when I am in a time crunch or too tired to cook and either have take out or have semi homemade meals. The sodium most semi/ pre-made/ boxed foods contain needs to be flushed out asap!! Bottom line for me: The more H2O I have the better I do with my weight loss.
