30 minutes A.steps as of 4:40pm
OMG, it looks like I am making another trip to the hair dresser. Cut it yesterday, went back at 2pm to get some areas fixed, now I am home and it's still not done. It might be time to find a new one.
Got 30 minutes of jogging in before I went, so i am almost at my 7k A.step goal for the day. Will add some more later + extra to so I can get finally to my 7k average.Weight in at 176 this morning, but I won't get too excited.
With the weekend coming up who knows how much I will be by Monday.I think the little extra jogging and or putting in A.step time helps with the weight as well. There certainly is a difference in how intensly I work for my steps. It might just come down to one power workout versa a lot of steps. Will see which one wins!!
