September 14th

Only had a little over 30 minutes today for some A.exercise. So,I chose to get the most out of it and run instead of jogging. Boy that felt good and I got all of my A.steps in that way. I am hurting now though, which was to be expected and it will go away. I really pushed, I needed to get something done other than painting today. This weekend may be slow, tomorrow is a wedding and Sun/Mon back to the home project (almost done!)I can not let this crazy schedule mess with my health. I need to keep it up and try to go at least a little something in
