Jumping right in ......
too much time has past so I start at the beginning of this month
Monday, 1st
Well, I weight in at 176 this morning, one pound more than I would have liked to see, but oh well, doo doo happens!
This is a new month, a new week and new challenges which will lead to new accomplishments!!
11:30 am: Got the “Aerobic Monkey” off my back for today!! Took me 56 minutes total to get around the mountain + I added a little to get a full 30 minutes of jogging in today.
So, 31 minutes of jogging the rest uphill walking when the hills were to steep.
I was thinking long and hard about what I was willing to give up for this week and to be honest NOTHING is stepping forward and volunteering :) .
So, I have no choice but to kick one of my biggest vices to the curb this week. Anything chocolate/nuts can not be touched. This will be hard, especially since I just “stocked up” on some of my favorites (the store I find it isn’t close by, so I need to “prepare for emergencies :) ).
At least I still have some black licorice if the going gets tough (better enjoy it while I can because that’s the next to go)
Besides giving up a food treat I will also cut down on my online time. Starting after the 3rd, once admission to the October Challenge is closed. After that I will have only limited time anywhere I go on the net. I might just keep it to posting my dailies and checking everyone else every other day or so. Have to see how much time hosting /keeping track is going to take up :)
Time spend in front of the computer/TV can be better spend walking or keeping myself busy otherwise. It’s certainly a habit I should have less off!!
